We only accept PAYPAL as a method of payment. Please make payment within 3 days of purchase.

-We ship worldwide.
-All items are sent from Thailand.
-Shipping rate is listed with each item listing.
-We offer a discounted combined shipping rate of $3.00 for additional items purchased. *eCrater may not calculate this correctly. If so then we promise to refund you any error in shipping difference paid. *

-All shipping costs include a small handling fee to cover packaging, handling and registered tracking number.
-Once payment is received we will despatch within 3 days of receiving payment.
-All items are packed well against damage.
-All items are sent from Thailand by Standard 'Registered' Air Mail.
-Registered Air Mail provides a registered tracking number.
-Average delivery time by standard air mail to most locations is 14 - 21 days (2-3 weeks) from time of posting. This can be shorter or longer depending on airmail and customs delays. Once we have passed your order to the post office the delivery time is outside of our control.
-International Airmail has no guaranteed delivery time, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by any specific date.
-During holiday seasons and public holidays shipping transit times may take longer.
-If you require an order quickly please contact us for express courier methods & cost.

- Import duties or customs charges, although rare, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if any) will be prior to buying, these charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find the most suitable solution.
-Returns are accepted for products in their original condition. Please contact us for return details.
-Item must be returned within 7 days by registered post 'with tracking number'.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received your returned item we will refund or exchange your item immediately.

Sometimes our items do not conform to western sizing standards. It is important to check all of the measurements in the description before purchasing. To test an item is suitable first carefully read our measurement notes, then compare the given measurements to an item that fits well.

*Sizes and colour may differ slightly to my measurements and photos but it will only be very slight if anything.

* We will always reply to you within 1-2 days, if you do not receive an email from us within this time our email to you may have gone astray. Please contact us again saying you did not receive a response. This includes invoices, payment and shipment confirmations, and replies to all questions or comments. We take pride in our efficient and personal customer service and wish to ensure you always receive our mail.
